Our room at Hotel Raymipampa was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely courtyard view. The hotel is conveniently located near the main square and the tram stop, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the delicious continental breakfast. Although the wifi signal in the room was weak, we had a great stay overall and would recommend this hotel for a visit to Cuenca.

The hotel had a lot of character and charm. the staff were friendly and helpful, and they gave complimentary toiletries and coffee. It was very conveniently located, walking distance to everything we wanted to see. the breakfast was amazing, with freshly baked bread and delicious pastries.
Our room was very small and cramped, with barely enough room to move around. It was also quite dark and the lighting wasn't great.

The room was beautifully decorated and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. The breakfast was varied and delicious, including different kinds of tea. It was also great to be just a short walk away from the main attractions of the city. The value for the price was fantastic.
The Wi-Fi was not always reliable, making it difficult to get a good signal in the room. the check-in process was not handled professionally, which left a bad first impression.
